FIRST A FOUNDATION
Diet, a very loaded word. It can simply reference what we eat, or it can mean a specific, structured regime of how we eat. To some people it’s a word that wreaks havoc on the psyche. Kind of like fasting is such a challenge to the body
It seems that anything that has to do with food, more so going without food, opens us up to some of the biggest challenges we actually have control of within our health environment.
Let’s talk about all those nutrients we need at an adult level, which simply means, solid foods.
But first what’s wrong with food? That’s not a rhetorical question. If you have been following along getting the clues from previous newsletters, first and for most, its oxygen.
The prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen in normal body cells by a fermentation of sugar.
Oxygen is what is wrong with food.
Our food is over processed and lacking oxygen as we are also lacking, this essential nutrient for ALL life. Plants are a living organism. But guess what? Soil, is also a biological LIVING organism, not dirt; SOIL.
Soil is delivering nutrients to the plants, another living organism, and the living plant is exchanging nutrients with the soil through a biological barter system.
Here’s the communication you do not hear between the two… “This is what I do that you can use, and I’ll exchange it for what you do, that I can use.” There you have the barter system.
In this process the plants give away a certain type of oxygen to the air, it goes up into the atmosphere (lower level of the firmament called ozone) then it mixes with the ultra violet light from the sun and comes back down as snow and rain and disinfects the earth.
It gets in the soil, the plants absorb it. Animals, and creeping things, e.g., worms and other insects, cultivate and aerate the earths greenhouse. Animals eat the plants, and fertilize the soil. We eat the animals, plants and drink the water and the process repeats indefinitely.
That is how and where we get vitamins, minerals, amino, and fatty acids, i.e., until someone comes along and puts a Trojan horse-virus into the entire ecology. Now that you got two years of the beginning stage of the symbiotic relationship between biology and botany in one paragraph. Let’s tie this in a bit.
Now, I already know some people have allergies to certain foods such as nuts. Why did I start with allergies? If we’re going to uncover the mystery, or lack of knowledge surrounding nutrients, allergies are a direct result of nutrient deficiencies.
Allergies can be passed at a cellular level from a parent to a child. But the allergies that may appear in the child may not (in all cases) be what the parents experience with the same nutrient deficiency was. In other words as deficient cells mature, split and continue, Somewhere down the line the outcome results in mutations, i.e., CANCERS, tracing back to the primary nutrient deficiency O2.
That’s right, cancers arise from DNA mutations in cells.
The good part is that your DNA (one of the top most mind boggling, brilliant, self-operating, biological intelligent mechanisms in a cell) can restore the original building instructions of what a properly functioning cell should look, and function like, back to the original blue print. But that means finding the cause, which is getting rid of the bad Trojan horse-virus in the programming and reinstalling the correct codes. The DNA will naturally over time begin to architect the instructions for proper cell growth. In a “nut” shell (get it) that means proper nutrients.
Let’s pretend our food is all good the way the MOST HIGH intended. If so being, now we discuss the whole foods we should consume to get the necessary nutrients from them.
Lets begin with creation
Gen 1:12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and the MOST HIGH saw that it was good.
Gen 1:13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.
The third days creation is what we should be thinking about eating first, like green leafy vegetables, fruit, the roots, beans, and nuts, even those in the sea, like seaweed. Since most of us are familiar with Vitamins, we’ll start here.
I know a lot of readers aren’t used to seeing scripture references related to exercise, and health; however hopefully you’ll discover that there is much more to learn from that book than what the world powers who attempt to control information would want you to know.
In that book (yes, the Bible) it discusses good health, and diet.
The choice to do so is to truly elevate those who have a sincere desire to be empowered and not continuously be conditioned, brain washed and controlled by what worldly powers want you to know.
We’re coming close to going into the bodily systems. Before then, the plan is to break down NUTRITION FROM A CELLULAR LEVEL.
